SCV Library extensions in Riviera-PRO

Apart from proprietary transaction recording routines, Riviera-PRO provides an interface to SCV Library that allows using the native SCV functions for recording transactions to the simulation database. See Recording SCV Transactions in Riviera-PRO help.

Another option is to record transactions into the simulation database (ASDB) files. Recording the transactions to ASDB files is not much different from using the SCV's built-in mechanism. For the ASDB recording purposes, the same functions are utilized as for the SCV default recorder.
