TySOM Boards

TySOM is a family of development boards for embedded applications that features Xilinx® Zynq™ all programmable module combining FPGA with ARM® Cortex processor. Plethora of included peripherals makes these boards useful in various embedded applications like Automotive, IoT, Industrial automation or embedded HPC.

  • Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC Boards

    TySOM-3-ZU7 is a compact prototyping board containing Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC device which provides 64-bit processor scalability while combining real-time control with soft and hard engines for graphics, video, waveform, and packet processing.

  • Zynq-7000 Boards

    TySOM-2 is a compact prototyping board containing Zynq-7000 module. It is designed to assure maximum flexibility in selecting peripherals due to leveraging large Zynq chip package and providing two FMC-HPC connectors enabling use of expansion daughter cards. Standard peripherals like DDR3 RAM, USB and HDMI required by ARM CPU subsystem are contained in that board.


    TySOM-2A is a compact prototyping board similar to TySOM-2 but featuring a smaller Zynq-7000 module and providing one FMC-HPC connector. Such design assures flexibility in selecting peripherals while providing cost optimized and smaller form factor board well suited for many embedded designs and applications.


    TySOM-1 is a compact prototyping board containing the mid size Xilinx Zynq-7000 All Programmable FPGA with dual-core ARM Cortex A9 and rich selection of peripherals to make a complete and universal physical prototyping platform for a broad range of embedded designs and IoT applications.


    TySOM-1A is a compact board containing Xilinx Zynq-XC7Z010 All Programmable device with dual-core ARM Cortex A9 and a selection of peripherals to provide a complete prototyping platform for embedded system designs and IoT applications.
