Clocks and Resets Auto-detectionCategory : Core MechanismsThe ALINT-PRO™ is capable of automatic extraction clock and reset network sources and relations between them. Clocks are classified on three groups: unconstrained (the clock/reset source is detected in the design but is not present in the design constraints file), properly constrained (the clock/reset source is detected in the design and is present in the constraints file), and over constrained (the clock/reset source is specified in the design constraints file but is was not found by the tool automatically). This helps finding unwanted/missed controls in the design.
