HES7DB-SoC System-on-Chip Daughter Card

HES7DB-SoCドーターカードは、Xilinx Zynq-7000プログラマブルデバイスでARM Cortex A9デュアルコアCPUを提供して、HESボードの機能拡張を行う様に設計されています。さらに、SoCデザインで一般的に使用されるUSB、イーサネット、Wi-Fi、HDMIなどの周辺機器も含まれています。HES7DB-SoCボードの典型的な3つの使用例は以下のとおりです:

  1. インサーキット・エミュレーションと物理プロトタイプ用のペリフェラル・ボード
  2. ZynqモジュールのARM Cortex A9のSoCプロセッササブシステムモデルとHESメインボードでエミュレートされる残りのSoCをAXIインターコネクトIPを介して接続します
  3. ZynqモジュールのARM Cortex A9がAXIインターコネクトIPを介してHESボードでエミュレートされるテスト対象のデザインをドライブするテストベンチアプリケーションを実行するテストベンチホストを設計します

  • 128MB of DDR3 (4x MT41J256M8HX-15E)
  • 4Gb of NAND Flash (MT29F4G08ABBDAH)
  • 64Mb of SPI Flash (W25Q64DW)
  • Micro-SD Card socket (up to 16GB Micro-SD cards supported)
  • ARM JTAG 20 pin connector
