How to record all messages displayed in the Riviera-PRO Console to a log file

Solution

By default, messages displayed in the Riviera-PRO Console are not saved to a log file. If you want all of the messages that are displayed in the Console to be saved, please do the following:

1. Go to the <Riviera-PRO_installation>/scripts folder

2. Open the startup.tcl file and add the following command at the end:

   transcript file <filename>
   

   where <filename> is the path and the name of the log file.
