Error: VCP6251 Error in SLP repository: Unknown repository object type

Description

When I compile my design in Riviera-PRO, I receive the above error. How can I fix this?

Solution

It is possible that the working library is corrupted and will need to be emptied. There are two ways to empty the working library:

In the GUI

1. Right-click the working library in the Library Manager

2. In the pop-up window, select Empty

3. Recompile your design

In a script

Please use the following command:

adel -lib <library_name> -all
