What does it mean when the red LEDs are turned on?

Solution

Red LEDs (D10-11) turn on when at least one of the power supply voltages failed during power-up or during normal operations. When the red LEDs are turned on, all on-board voltage regulators are turned off.

NOTE: This is an abnormal situation and you should report the exact error code from the D2-D11 LEDs to technical support.
