DllRegisterServer error during Installation

I had this error when installing the software:

DllRegisterServer in popup.ocx failed

How can I fix it?

Solution:

This error could be caused by several factors (Windows related). Before using Active-HDL we need to register this control. Please reboot your computer and then Start -> Run type in "cmd" and Enter.

In the command line type the following line:

regsvr32 c:\Program Files\Aldec\Active-HDL 8.2\BIN\popup.ocx

and hit Enter. If this works you can start using Active-HDL.
