Aldec and FTD Solutions Ink Distribution Agreement for Southeast Asia

Republic of Singapore – October 02, 2014 — Aldec, Inc., a global leader in electronic design verification, today announces that it has entered into a distribution agreement with FTD Solutions, Pte. Ltd. The agreement between Aldec and FTD Solutions, will serve the Southeast Asia region to include Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and surrounding territory. Under the terms of the agreement, FTD Solutions will promote and distribute full line of Aldec products and solutions, including mixed HDL language simulators and hardware-assisted verification for system and ASIC designs.
