HES with ARM provides a complete high-speed co-verification and debugging environment for complex embedded software/hardware co-development. Utilizing hardware processors and memory from ARM the entire environment is connected through a daughterboard to HES’s acceleration board and common kernel software simulator. HES brings hardware and software design teams together much earlier in the design cycle while providing connection to a real hardware processor, memory and simulation acceleration-on-demand for surrounding peripherals in a more efficient environment for system-level verification. HES combines the best in an HDL Simulator, software debugger, hardware acceleration and processor in a complete environment without any of the drawbacks typicaly associated with this process.
